Countdown to 2021: Take 5 with 2020 Top 50 CEO Bill Hennessey

Posted on March 17, 2021 | Atlantic Business Magazine | 0 Comments

After helping several gaming start-up companies grow exponentially, Bill Hennessey decided to set his sights on the real estate industry. First, he launched Platinum Atlantic Realty, a boutique residential real estate firm using the latest technologies. His success there led to him being approached by Colliers International to represent them across New Brunswick – they are now the largest commercial real estate brokerage in the province. He has since expanded to manage Colliers in Newfoundland and Labrador as well.

Aside from running two real estate companies, Bill worked at the core of one of the most exciting developments to open in the downtown Moncton core: FiveFive, an eight-story residential/commercial complex that’s home to Canvas, the first Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel in Canada.

For this episode of Take 5 with the Top 50, Krista Han – managing partner, N.B. with Top 50 CEO presenting sponsor Grant Thornton – asks Bill why he moved out of the gaming sector, how he has introduced ground-breaking innovation to real estate sales and his strategy for managing an aggressive growth agenda.

For each episode of Atlantic Business Magazine’s Take 5 with the Top 50 CEOs video series, we ask five questions of a 2020 Top 50 CEO award winner. See video below for the full Q&A with Bill Hennessey.
