What does Talkatoo do?
“We take our customer’s voice and we translate it into any digital source, all typed up. So, they just have to talk, and we do the typing,” says Shawn Wilkie, Talkatoo’s CEO and co-founder. “What makes us different is we’re very easy to use, we work anywhere and we’re highly accurate.”
Using AI to increase data accuracy
Wilkie says Talkatoo’s focus on accuracy and refining data using machine learning and artificial intelligence is what sets it apart. “That’s the secret sauce. It’s not about having all kinds of data. It’s about having the right data and serving it up to our users at the right time, and that’s how we get our solution to be so accurate.”
