What does Easy Platter do?
Mandhir Singh is right at home describing Easy Platter in 10 words or less. “Think of us as Uber for personal chefs,” he says.
As the name suggests, it’s easy. Step One: Book a chef according to his or her culinary specialty. Step Two: Show him or her your kitchen. Step Three: Be amazed by a week’s worth of meals prepared to your liking. It’s a no brainer for busy people, Singh says. “First of all, there’s no restric-tions in terms of the menu. You can get Italian, Indian or Mediterranean cuisine—whatever you like. Also, you can save between 10 and 20 hours a month in meal time prep.”
