Investments in inclusive entrepreneurship realize big returns

Based in Halifax, N.S., Tribe Network is a national community of racialized entrepreneurs, technologists and innovators. Its mission? To help members start, build and scale sustainable businesses. Through tailored programming and strategic support, the organization says it has unlocked more than $25 million in economic impact in just the past five years.

But here’s where the story gets sharper. Since 2020, Tribe Network has invested over $1.4 million in programming, services and support for folks in the Atlantic region and elsewhere in Canada. This support has contributed to more than 400 jobs created and $9.5 million in revenue generated and capital raised.

Dollar for dollar, the growth curve is undeniable.
