Forget traditional surveys. Innerlogic is using AI to unlock deep organizational insights

Bryce Tully is co-founder, with his partner Mike Bawol, of Innerlogic, an “AI-native” employee feedback company headquartered in Halifax. The company is using artificial intelligence to replace traditional workplace surveys and unlock “deep organizational insight”. Its lead innovation, Nora—an agentic AI platform designed to act more like a human advisor than a chat bot—is set to launch this year. Last June, Innerlogic secured $1.3 million in seed funding through a Concrete Ventures-lead round that included Tidal Venture Partners, Techstars and Middle Cove Capital.
