Utopian retreat
The most luxurious residential property currently on the market in Atlantic Canada is Sandleigh Estates in southern New Brunswick, priced at $9.6 million. Featuring panoramic views of aptly-named Lake Utopia, the 112-acre property features an 11,000 sq. ft. main house, two guest homes, pool house, baseball field, golf driving range, go kart track and water park, as well as basketball and tennis courts.
