With direct access to the Trans-Canada Highway at both main entry points to New Brunswick, Truck Stop+ strives to better serve professional drivers and meet the needsof tourists with the widest array of top-quality services possible.

“Our secret is simple,” says owner and entrepreneur Vicki Wallace-Godbout. “We listen to our customers. We do everything in our power to keep on top of the evolving needs and expectations of the travelling consumer.”

Truck Stop+’s Edmundston location and new Moncton operation, launched just last year, offer professional drivers business centres for printing, emailing, copying, faxing, and scanning, driver’s lounge, showers and laundry. Thanks to their restaurant partnership agreements, great food and coffee are also available there around the clock.

For everyone, these locations provide well-lit parking, security cameras, ample room for drive-in/drive-out, free Wi-Fi, ATM, vacuums, air station, auto-propane cylinder refill and exchange, free dumping, and RV replenishing stations. Leading restaurant chains also maintain convenient outlets.

Add to this FedEx services, touchless car wash, and pet wash in Edmundston and VIP Truck Wash in Moncton. “It’s non-stop, 24-7 service all the way with extra attention paid to cleanliness,” Wallace-Godbout says. “We’re tuned to what customers want. Details matter.”

It’s a philosophy she put into practice when she began in Edmundston at the Grey Rock Power Centre in 2012 and continues now with the launch of the Moncton location, which hosts the independently owned, no-appointment Rhino Truck Lube Centres – the first of its kind in Canada with more locations opening soon.

“We’re building on our success,” she says. “We have to be different and excel in what we do. We’re always looking for opportunities to expand and do better. It’s the small things that guide customers when choosing between us or next door or somewhere else.’’

She adds: “At Truck Stop+, we pull out all the stops to serve the customer better.”
