Michelle Simms is president and CEO of Genesis Group Inc., a non-profit business incubator in Newfoundland and Labrador. Since 2016, Michelle has realigned Genesis’ operations and programming to help build amazing companies. She has led the organization in its renewed focus on strategic thinking and strategic execution. The results are a staff and client base that has tripled in size, with a budget approximately 30 per cent larger and four new or expanded programs.
