As Atlantic Canada’s only research park, Knowledge Park has grown to have more than $80 million in assets with revenues exceeding $5 million. Cyber Center is the latest strategic investment and will be the home for cyber security leadership in Canada.

As an entrepreneur Larry has developed commercial real estate in Fredericton.

For this episode of Take 5 with the Top 50, Atlantic Business Magazine editor Dawn Chafe asks Larry about the Covid-driven changes he plans to keep after the pandemic. They also talk about untapped economic opportunities in New Brunswick and how a larger immigration-driven population will improve the economy.
