This episode of Take 5 with the Top 50 CEOs features one of this year’s first-time award winners, David Graham. Graham is CEO of Brigadoon Village — the largest pediatric illness camp in Canada. Through camp experiences and recreational programs, Brigadoon helps children living with health challenges to develop life skills, self-esteem and resilience.

Presented in partnership with InCamera, the Take 5 video series seeks a deeper understanding of the Atlantic Business Magazine’s Top 50 CEOs and how they enact corporate leadership excellence. David Graham’s inspirational story touches on capacity building and empowerment of future leaders who might never have imagined themselves in that role before Brigadoon. See below for the full video.

Next week, we’ll chat with Greg Poirier, the CEO of CloudKettle, about technological advances and using artificial intelligence to manage sales for Fortune 500 companies.
