This episode of Take 5 with the Top 50 CEOs features 2022 award winner, Matt Symes. Symes is the CEO of Symplicity Designs, an organizational design firm that helps business owners learn how to be more effective and efficient with their time and ideas.

Presented in partnership with InCamera, the Take 5 video series seeks a deeper understanding of Atlantic Business Magazine’s Top 50 CEOs and how they exemplify corporate leadership excellence. In this episode, Symes shares his strategy for guiding business owners to design their success. Tips include spending more time thinking and less time doing, plus recognizing that there are people out there who can do the jobs you don’t like — and do them better. You can see the full video below.

Next week, we’ll chat with Mitch Cobb, the co-founder and CEO of Upstreet Craft Brewing, a certified B-Corp that’s simultaneously serving community and profit.
