Hearing founder and CEO Jacqui Bailey talk, it’s not hard to understand why HR Project Partners (HRPP) is recognized as one of the top human resources consultancies in Newfoundland and Labrador, helping companies across Canada. “Every organization has its own needs and aspirations,” she says. “That’s why our services are not a cookie-cutter formula, but customized to meet the clients where they are.”

In fact, HRPP provides a full boutique of HR services, tailored to achieve results unique to each client. That means comprehensive, one-stop shopping for recruitment, policy and procedure development, background checks, proposal support and on-demand consulting.

It also means having the right people to handle diverse HR needs and challenges, including: a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) through the Institute of Professional Management (IPM); a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) through the National Payroll Institute; a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Newfoundland & Labrador (CPHRNL); and an Advanced Certified Professional (IPMA-ACP) with International Personnel Management Association (IPMA).

“No matter the size of a business, good HR practices are always evolving and playing a key role in facilitating growth and stability at different stages in its development,” Bailey says. “That’s why we need to be flexible, efficient and nimble.”

“No matter the size of a business, good HR practices are always evolving and playing a key role in facilitating growth and stability at different stages in its development,” Bailey says. “That’s why we need to be flexible, efficient and nimble.”

She ought to know—she’s been there, herself. After 25 years working for other companies, she struck out on her own in 2013. Two years later, she realigned her business to meet the evolving needs of her marketplace. Today, HRPP’s client roster includes major players in engineering, construction, oil and gas, as well as small- and medium-sized startups.

In the end, she says, “individualized customer care is key. That’s what will drive our continued growth across Canada.”

Hearing her talk, and seeing the results, it’s hard to argue.
